About lct fitness

LCT Fitness is a personal training service that will visit your home or place of work to help you reach the fitness goals that you want.

Whether your aiming to shed fat, building muscle, training for sport or just generally improving your health and fitness then LCT is for you!

LCT Fitness caters for all your fitness needs, as a home training company we believe that you don’t need a gym to get results, we can get you looking and feeling great in the comfort of your own home, or out and about in the local park.

With years of experience in training, nutrition we can provide you with diet plans built especially around you, tailor made workouts that you enjoy that are specific for your goals, whether that be shedding fat, sport specific training, building muscle and strength or just general fitness LCT is the way to go.

Liam's Story

Liam Connelly - Personal Fitness Intructor

After a huge 28% increase in body fat due to a very unhealthy lifestyle of binge drinking & eating, I decided something had to change.

I hated how I looked & felt.

So I began to take regular exercise and improved my diet to such an extent I dropped down to a healthy 14% body fat and BMI of 25.

Returning to education at 21, I gained my personal trainer qualifications and now want to help you improve your fitness and turn your life around, just as I did.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for your time this morning. Until talking to you I hadn’t realised quite how much I was beating myself about my diet and exercise. I was so busy focusing on the negative and forgotten about the positives. I went for a jog after you left and managed 40 minutes non-stop. Things aren’t so bad after all and it is a good reminder for me to focus on the positive You asked me about motivation. Having someone that believes in me. That motivates me and I feel you believe that I can do this and it isn’t such a big deal! So I am starting to believe again
